The website www.globetrouper.com is developed, owned and operated by Globetrouper (TM) India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as Globetrouper and whenever the expression globetrouper.com is referred shall mean Globetrouper India Pvt. Ltd.) a company duly Constituted and registered under Companies Registration Act of India. Having its Registered office at 72, Income Tax Colony-I, Jagatpura Road, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur-302017. The use and viewing of this website and the content therein is governed by the terms of use. When you the user use this website you acknowledge that you have read the terms of use and that you agree to be bound by the same, which may be modified time and again by the Globetrouper.
3.)The Globetrouper shall provide the user, travel related information, pricing of partner destinations, trip packages, itineraries, tour and travel products, across cites and rural areas throughout India (hereinafter referred to as service). The aforesaid service is available for the user in India at any time during the year as is offered by various third party vendors like hotels, home stays, partners etc. (hereinafter referred to as the service providers).
4.)Beside this master user covenant, which is applicable to all Globetrouper Services, there may be other additional terms and conditions associated to the specific services or itineraries, the user is required to read these terms and conditions carefully and accept, availing of such service, package or itineraries containing the other / additional terms and conditions shall constitute the agreement of the user to all such terms and conditions, which may be amended/modified/updated time and again by Globetrouper. Such terms and conditions shall be deemed to be the part of this agreement and in the event of any conflict between such specific terms and conditions or terms of services associated with specific services or itineraries the terms and conditions of this agreement shall prevail. It is clarified that the use of website and availing of services by the user constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance by the user of this agreement and other services or itinerary related specific terms of service. If the user disagree with any part of such terms, conditions and notices the user must not use the Website and Globetrouper's Services.
5.) This website shall not be used for prohibited or unlawful purposes or for the purpose prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices by the user. By using this website this is warranted by user to Globetrouper.
6.) Further more, the service providers or partners, such as Hotels, Home stays, trip packages etc., might have their own terms and conditions or operating rules or policies to each service, the user shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules or and policies of the service provider with whom the user deals or elects to deal, including terms and conditions set forth in a service provider's fare rules, contract of carriage or house rules.
7.) Globetrouper reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept any order placed by the user through the website without assigning any reason thereof. Any contract to provide any service by Globetrouper shall not be complete until full money towards the service is received from the user and accepted by Globetrouper. only duly issued receipt, favouring the user shall constitute the acceptance.
8.) Personal and Non-Commercial Use :
This website is for personal and non-commercial use of the user. No user shall modify, distribute, display, copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, perform, license, create derivative works from, sell, transfer any information, software products or services obtained from this website.
9.) Copy Right Policy :
Any software that is made available to download from this website (referred to as software) is the copyrighted work of Globetrouper and/or its suppliers. The use of the software by the user is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the software. Such software which is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement shall not be installed by user, unless he agrees to the terms of License Agreement. All software, including without limitation all source codes contained in this website, are owned by Globetrouper and/or its suppliers and is protected by copy right laws. Any reproduction or redistribution of the software is prohibited by law. User acknowledges that the software and any accompanying documentation and/or technical information, is subject to applicable export control laws and regulations of the Govt. of India. User agrees not to export or re-export the software, directly or indirectly to any countries that are subject to Indian export restrictions. The Globetrouper grants a personal, non-transferable license to the user to use the software for viewing and otherwise using this website in accordance with these terms and conditions and for no other purpose provided that user keep intact all copy right and other proprietary notices.
Booking Procedure :
1) Globetrouper provides the facility to book one or more of the partner destinations/itineraries/trips or services offered by it. User may fill up query form and submit or send a booking request through email to info@glosbetrouper.com user should ensure that information given by him to Globetrouper while booking (whether through query form or email) is correct. Since for security or for so many other travel related reasons we need to contact you by telephone and/or email and need your correct address on record. If any or all these contact details are not correctly given by the user, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction at user's risk and cost. The booking request received though online query form or email will be processed for confirmation of prices and availability of services requested by the user. Only on confirmation to the user about the prices and availability, the Globetrouper will be bound to provide the requested services, subject however, of receiving full payment and the user complying with the relevant terms and conditions. Any correspondence with the user prior to Globetrouper's aforesaid confirmation, will not be treated as any acceptance of the user's request.
2) The prices quoted on confirmation by Globetrouper in response to query or email of the user for tour/itinerary/products or services may be paid by Bank transfer, online transfer or through payment gateway integrated to website. The full amount of price is payable to Globetrouper at least 30 days prior to departure. Failure to pay by that date entitles Globetrouper to cancel the reservation of the user without notice. Prices are quoted in United State's Dollar (US Dollars) and Indian Rupees. All prices quoted on Globetrouper's website or response are to the best of our knowledge and constantly updated time and again. Prices may be changed for governmental reasons such as increase in taxes or ticket rates, fuel rates or at the discretion of the partner destination or other service providers involved, without prior notice and Globetrouper will not be held liable for such changes. Incase of a conflict, the prices changed by the partner destinations and service providers involved, shall prevail.
3) Package prices are based on destination costs, exchange rates, transport charges etc., Globetrouper tries its utmost not to increase tour prices, however, sometimes increase becomes inevitable being beyond control. We reserve the right to amend tour price without notice at any time before and including the departure date. Amendments may be necessitated for many reasons including but not limited to, exchange rates fluctuations, increases in destination costs, transport charges, meal etc. Any increase in tour prices must be paid prior to the departure date.
4) Cancellation :
Since the Globetrouper books services in advance and is bound to honour the payment commitments to service providers, cancellation of services earmarked for a particular departure causes loss to company depending upon the time of communication of cancellation to the supplier. If necessity arises to cancel a booking user must notify Globetrouper in writing immediately. Please note that following charges will apply on cancellation:-
It is hereby clarified that no partial refunds or credit will be given for any unutilized services of a package tour or itinerary. The above quoted amounts may change without notice. In the event of any conflict between this cancellation policy and the service provider's policy (Transporter, Home stay or farm stay etc.), the latter will prevail.
5) Health and Physical Fitness :
Tour participant is bound to inform the Globetrouper during booking of the tour, if they have any medical problem/issue which may affect his/her ability to pursue the tour as per itinerary. Participants must be in good health and reasonable physical condition. It is highly recommended that the tour participants acquire adequate insurance cover to secure their life health and property as may be advised by their insurance agent to cover any eventualities associated with the overseas travel including health, accidental injury, loss, liability and the like depending on your assessment of your risk potential.
6) Minimum Participation
Any tour/itinerary/product/service specified on the Website or Brochure of Globetrouper are subject to minimum participation of paying participants. If the participation is below the minimum prescribed, the Globetrouper reserves the tight to amend, alter, amalgamate, vary or cancel a tour without incurring any liability to pay any compensation. The Globetrouper reserves the right to operate the tour with minimum participation even below the stipulated and collect additional pro-rata amount.
7) Amendments :
Globetrouper reserves the right to cancel/amend or alter any booking or tour/itinerary subsequent to booking the same, by the tour participant. Such participant shall have the option either to (i) continue with the tour as altered or amended (ii) accept any alternate tour or itinerary which the Globetrouper may offer (iii) take refund of whatever amount deposited without interest and after deduction of actual expenses incurred on the services such as travel insurance, visa or retention of suppliers etc., if any. The tour participants will not be entitled to make any further claim for any injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation/amendment or alteration (including but not limited to visa, passport, vaccination charges or departure, gear purchases, airport or airline taxes). Globetrouper will take every care to ensure that itineraries/trips are followed to the letter but circumstances beyond control may necessitate changes, in the event of change in routes and properties, Globetrouper will accept no liability but make arrangements for substitution of equal. Globetrouper may for any reason change the date of departure or conclusion of the tour or it is possible that a route change, postponement or delay (either in relation to departure or to the duration of the trip) may become necessary due to inclement whether, snow and ice condition, political restrictions or any other cause. In the event of such change, postponement or delay, participants have no right to refund of the tour price (in whole or in part) or other compensation for any injury loss or damage.
8) Insurance Cover :
Personal travel insurance is not included in the tour price. Globetrouper strongly recommends that tour participant purchases an adequate insurance cover including cancellation insurance upon booking. Globetrouper may require that a policy is held prior to departure. Globetrouper will accept no liability for any damage, losses and expenses suffered by any participant as a result of sickness, quarantine, whether conditions, war, strikes, riots, or any other cause outside our control.

10) Waiver or Liability and Limitation
The Globetrouper, and its management, directors, officers, employees, guides, agents or representatives shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the tour participant or his co-traveller for
(a) (i) Any personal injury, accident, loss, death, delay, discomfort, increased expense, consequential loss and/or damage on account of theft or howsoever caused. The user agrees that he on availing Globetrouper's services waives any and all claims, he and/or his family or any person, co-traveller interested in him may now and in the future have against, and release from all liability and agree not to sue Globetrouper and its management, directors officers, employees, guides, agents or representatives (collectively staff) including but not limited to any persons hired/engaged by Globetrouper for any personal injury, death, property damage, or loss sustained by him as a result of his participation in a trip with them, due to any cause whatsoever, including without any limitation, negligence on the part of Globetrouper and its staff/service providers or otherwise arising out of or in connections with any accommodation, transportation or other services provided by Globetrouper or resulting directly or indirectly from acts of god or breakdown in machinery or equipment used during the tour, whether provided by Globetrouper or not. You as user are aware that the trip in addition to the usual dangers and risks inherent has certain additional dangers and risks, some of which may include: physical exertion for which you may not be prepared; whether extremes subject to sudden and unexpected change; remoteness from normal medical services; evacuation difficulties if the user is disabled. You the user also understand that you should be in perfect health for undertaking this journey and you have consulted your physician before coming on this trip. The user understands that Globetrouper will not take responsibility for reimbursements in the event of his being unable to complete the trip due to sickness and/or other personal reasons. The user accepts all the inherent risks of the proposed trip and the possibility of personal injury, death or property damage or loss resulting there from. The user agrees that if he suffers injury or illness, Globetrouper can at his cost, arrange medical treatment and emergency evacuation service, as they deem essential for his safety. In entering into this Agreement, the user is not relying on any oral, written or visual representations or statements by Globetrouper or its staff or any other inducement or coercion to go on a trip. Hence going on trip only of his own free will. The user confirms that he has read and understood the terms and conditions of contract and this Agreement and agrees that this Agreement will be binding upon his heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and successors.
(b) Permanent or temporary loss or damage to baggage or personal effects caused by willful negligence on the part of any person/or otherwise by any other way or reason.
(c) Loss of baggage or belongings in transportation or journey by the Airline/Crouse line/Surface transportation.
(d) Failure on the part of airline to accommodate tour participant despite having confirm tickets, or airline not allowing tour participants to board the flight for reasons beyond the control of the company (Tour price will not be refunded in such case).
(e) Damage or loss caused due to reasons beyond the control of Globetrouper.
(f) Refusal to grant visa by the consulate/embassy.
No liability on the part of the Globetrouper arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion service or product shall exceed the total amount paid for the same and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.
11) Jurisdiction :
All claims, disputes, suits or legal proceedings of whatsoever, nature relating to this agreement, booking/query form/ tours/itineraries/ services/products marketed or coordinated by Globetrouper (India) Pvt. Ltd. shall be interpreted and subject to the laws for the time being in force in the Republic of India, the courts, forums and tribunals in Jaipur (Rajasthan, India) alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We take no responsibility for the contents, quality and safety of the product in anyway. Inclusion of such links to Globetrouper's website does not imply any endorsement of the material on such website or any association with their operators. Your correspondence or business dealings with or participation in activities such as but not limited to promotions found in or through such websites are solely between you and such parties.
